Mr. Jose R. Chavez, Jr., 26, was born on August 3, 1989 to Jose Chavez and Elvia Granados in Houston, Texas and passed away on April 4, 2016 in Houston, Texas.
Jose will be missed by all who knew him.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the Chapel at San Jacinto Memorial Park & Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 10:00 am in the Chapel at San Jacinto Memorial Park & Funeral Home. Jose will be laid to rest in San Jacinto Memorial Park after the service.
