So sorry to hear about Uncle Jimmy's passing. I have so many memories of him and my dad (Sonny Breland) telling stories of when they were young. I especially enjoyed our family reunions together and all the good times we had. One of my best memories is when we "roasted" Uncle Jimmy, and all the funny stories everyone had of him. We wish we could be there to say goodbye, but Panama City is shut down from all the ice. We are praying for all y'all and we love you so much.
Dear all: We are thinking of you this morning and wish so bad we could be there. We have a lot sleet, ice and Panama City is still shut down. The bridge from Panama City to the beach has not been open for 2 days now, covered in heavy sleet. So glad Sonny and Jim had those visits before he died. We looked at the Breland albums last night and almost cried looking at all the photos and Jim and Sonny. You can tell from the photos how close these brothers were and continued to be. We love all of you and you will be in hearts during the funeral. All our love, Sonny and Jo Dell Breland
Praying for all of you, during your time of sadness and grief. I know the Lord will wrap His arms around you and give you comfort.
Dear Aunt Rita, Cousins, Breland Family, please know that your Kansas City and Florida family have you all in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. We are so sorry for your loss. I am so glad I got to see Uncle Jim and Aunt Rita at Uncle Manuel's and Aunt Dolores' 50th anniversary party at St. Anthony's Church a few years ago. I will always cherish that time. And the times I remember Uncle Jim from when I was a little boy before he and Aunt Rita moved to Texas. Wow! Over 50 years ago! Uncle Jim Breland Requiescat in Pacem.
May God be with you all during this time and days to come. I love you all and happy to have met Mr Breland.
