Mrs. Jeannie M. Haseman's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Jeannie Haseman
Born on February 15, 1957 in Houston, TX. Her parents were John A. Covington and Mary Gene Covington nee Robinson. She was the 4th of 5 children. She attended St. Rose of Lima and St. Pius X for her education. She worked in several fields, including food service, as a barber, and as a dialysis technician. Since 1988, she was married to William D. “Billy” Haseman, Jr. and they made their home in Crosby, TX. She was most proud of her children and grandchildren. She did not want this to be a sad occasion, but a celebration of her life.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Gene Covington of Houston, TX and is survived by her father, John A. Covington and his wife Jean of Houston, husband William D. “Billy” Haseman of Crosby, TX children Michael J. Keel and his wife Kelly of Mansfield, TX, James E. Richardson and his wife Jenifer of Crosby, TX, Kelli McCartney of Houston, TX, Jennifer Preston and her husband Troy of Lovelady, TX, and Douglas Haseman of Crosby, TX. Grandchildren Tory, Victoria, Tyler, Tabitha, Lex, Kaitly, TJ, Cooper, Trenton, Lucas, Marcus, and Gabriel.
Siblings Becky Mitchell and husband Kenneth of Houston, TX, Janice Webster and her husband Mike of Carrollton, TX, Steve Covington and his wife Kim of Mt. Vernon, WA, Sherry Field and her husband Tom of Houston, TX, Mary Covington and her husband Milind Patil of Chapel Hill, NC, Andrea Whitten and her husband Mike of Praha, TX, Daniel Covington of Barbourville, KY, and Julie Covington of Huffman, TX.
Services will be held at San Jacinto Funeral Home 14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015. Viewing for the family will be from 3-4 PM and 4-8 PM for all others on Friday June 19, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at San Jacinto Funeral Home at 10 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2015 with graveside service to follow.
