James "Jim" Roland Peddy's Obituary
James Roland Peddy, 88, of Houston, Texas, passed away November 6th, 2022, in Baytown, Texas. He was born on October 17, 1934 to O.B. and Mary Francis Peddy in Post, Texas.
He married his wife of 63 years, Elizabeth Orand, on May 15th, 1959 in Houston, Texas. He was a heavy equipment operator and independent insurance agent and a member of the Galena Park Masonic Lodge 1290 A.F.& F.M. for 60 years. He enjoyed serving as a Colonel and Communications Officer in the Texas Army. James also served in the United States Army from September 21, 1955 – July 11, 1957.
James Peddy is survived by his wife Elizabeth; daughter Debra and her husband Mike White of Houston, Texas; his son Ronnie and his wife Teresa Peddy of Washington, Texas; and his sister Shirley Parrillo of Mobile, Alabama. He was preceded in death by parents Oscar Bell Peddy. and Mary Francis Peddy, his sister Delores Lewey, Grandson John Robinson and Great-grandson, Benjamin Luther
