James Earl "Buggar" Blanchard, 79, of Galena Park, Texas passed away October 09, 2020 in Baytown, Texas. He was born October 09, 1941 to Tobe and Marie Blanchard in Galena Park, Texas.
He was married to his wife, Mary Barnett for 47 years.
James "Buggar" was a barber for 53 years. He was a member of the Galena Park Riding Club and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was survived by his spouse Mary Blanchard of Cove, Texas; daughters, Lisa Ancelet (Don Bryant) and Debbie Churchill (Johnny Churchill); sons, James Blaha (Jan Blaha), Pam Blaha, wife of son Ralph Blaha; eight grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by Alida Blanchard, Bill Blanchard, Tobe Blanchard, Jr., Ralph Blaha, Terry Blaha and 2 grandchildren.
