James Stanely Blackbird, 78, of Houston, TX passed away October 29, 2020 in Houston, TX. He was born July 23, 1942 to Roy and Maxine Blackbird in Houston, TX.
He married Sharen Lummus on January 22, 1998 in Houston, TX. James was a draftsman and day trader. He enjoyed golf, salt water fishing, playing the piano and guitar.
James was preceded in death by parents, Roy and Maxine Blackbird; and daughter, Julie Elizabeth Blackbird.
He is survived by his wife, Sharen Blackbird of Houston, TX; daughter, Jill Anna Saint James Blackbird Thompson (Shawn) of Fulshear, TX; Step-sons, Jeff (Toni) Lummus of Oak Island, and Greg (Christine) Lummus of Spring, TX; brothers, Roy (Barbara) Blackbird of Kerrville, TX, Robert(Coco) Blackbird of Austin, TX and Mark (Debbie) Blackbird of Austin, TX; grandchildren, Drake, Kasie, Brooke, Brittany, Logan, Madison and Sarah.
