Miss Jada Cai ' Lynn Brielle Petry Chandler, infant daughter of Jason Chandler and Candice Petry after a battle with complications since birth. In addition to her parents, survivors include, sister, Brooklyn Brown; brother, Jaden Brown; grandparents, Bobbie and Jerry Chandler; aunts; Charisma Edwards, Tiffany CHandler, Rachel CHandler, Georgette Chandler and Tasha Harris; uncles, Jerry Chandler, Gary Chandler, Aaron Harris, Phillip Petry and Jason Mouton. She also leaves numerous other relatives; Jada was preceded in death by her grandmother, Carol Ann Petry.
