Dr. Jack Ned Day DDS passed away on December 13, 2014 in Houston, Texas. Dr. Day was born in Beaumont, Texas on March 14, 1930 to Perry and Hattie (Lowry) Day. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Sylvia Day and his parents Perry and Hattie Day.
He is survived by six children, nine grandchildren and 1-great grandchild.
