Mr J.D. Jenkins' Obituary
Julian Duffor "J.D." Jenkins passed away on March 25, 2007. He was born in Magazine, Arkansas September 13, 1916. During WWII he served with the 96th infantry division in the Phillipines. He spent most of his working life as a heavy equipment operator in the construction field. During the 1970's he cut many of the streets in some of Houstons best known neighborhoods, including Clear Lake, Copperfield, Atascocita and much of Katy and Cypress-Fairbanks.
