Joe David was a wonderful young man with so much to offer this world. He will be greatly missed and for those of us who were fortunate enough to know him we will be forever blessed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his parents and family at this difficult time as they mourn his loss but also celebrate his life and all the good he did.

Joe, you will be missed. I will miss you calling me Ma'am.. and your willingness to help whenever you could, or at least the offer was always there. Your hugs after school at the school bus loading zone, and the continued hugs whenever you came over. I will miss sending all the cookies and baked goods home with you to finish off. Your memory will remain in the hearts of those you have touched. To the family -- I know your loss is great, and there is no quick fix for it. It is a hole that will take time to start to fill in.
