Villa, Irma Herrera's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Irma H. Villa, a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother. Born on December 20th, 1957, in El Paso, Texas, to Maria and Manuel Herrera, Irma passed away on December 31st, 2024, in Houston, Texas.
Irma married Victor M. Villa on August 18, 1978, in El Paso, Texas, and together they shared a life filled with love in Humble, Texas. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. She treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren; nothing brought her more joy than being surrounded by her family.
A passionate sports fan, Irma especially loved watching the Houston Astros, Kansas City Chiefs, and Texans. She also had a special fondness for sushi, her favorite food.
For 20 years, Irma dedicated herself to her work at United Airlines in Chelsea Catering, where she was a valued and dedicated employee.
Irma H. Villa is survived by her husband Victor M. Villa. Her daughters Erika Martinez and Juan Martinez, and Iris Reyes and Juan Reyes. Her sons Heriberto Villa and Celia Villa, and Victor Villa. Her sisters Sylvia Rangel, Sandra Mercado, Graciela Gandara, Nora Herrera, and Velia Herrera. Her brothers Humberto Herrera, Hugo Herrera, Saul Raul Herrera, and Lionel Herrera. Her six grandchildren Elijah Martinez, Samuel Martinez, Ariana Reyes, Lexi Reyes, Scarlet Reyes, and Mara Villa.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father Maria Herrera and Manuel Herrera. Her brothers Manuel Herrera and Emilio Herrera.
Irma's love, contagious laugh, and radiant smile leave a legacy of who she was to all who knew her, kindness, strength, and generosity. She will be greatly missed, and will forever live on in our hearts and cherished memories.

Irma se casó con Víctor M. Villa el 18 de agosto de 1978 en El Paso, Texas, y juntos compartieron una vida llena de amor en Humble, Texas. Fue una madre maravillosa que siempre estuvo allí cuando más la necesitábamos, ofreciendo apoyo, sabiduría y amor en abundancia. Atesoraba cada momento que pasaba con sus nietos; nada le traía más alegría que estar rodeada de su familia.

Le precedieron en la muerte su madre y su padre María Herrera y Manuel Herrera. Sus hermanos Manuel Herrera y Emilio Herrera.
El amor de Irma, su risa contagiosa y su sonrisa radiante dejan un legado de quién era ella para todos los que la conocieron: amabilidad, fortaleza y generosidad. La extrañaremos mucho y vivirá por siempre en nuestros corazones y en nuestros preciados recuerdos.
