Ines Martinez, aged 82, of Veracruz, Mexico, passed away on April 6, 2024, in Baytown, Texas. Born on March 2, 1942, she was the daughter of Patricio Martinez Rivera and Juana Martinez in Martinez de la Torre, Veracruz.
Ines married Odilon Contreras on April 29 in Martinez de la Torre, Veracruz. She dedicated her life to being a homemaker, creating a warm and loving environment for her family. Her nurturing spirit touched the lives of her children and grandchildren.
Ines had a zest for life and enjoyed her moments of leisure. She loved going to the casino and traveling, embracing every opportunity for adventure.
She is survived by her daughters: Martha P. Ortiz, Lucila Contreras, Marina Johns, and Alejandra Contreras; sons: Joel Contreras Martinez and Roman Contreras Martinez; sisters: Matilde Martinez and Luisa Martinez; brothers: Arnulfo Martinez, Cirilo Martinez, and Jesus Martinez. In addition, she leaves behind 20 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Ines was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Odilon Contreras, her parents, Patricio Martinez and Juana Martinez, her sister Irma Martinez, and her daughter Silvia Cervantes.
May her soul rest in peace, and may her memory continue to brighten the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Inés se casó con Odilón Contreras el 29 de abril en MartÃnez de la Torre, Veracruz. Dedicó su vida a ser ama de casa, creando un ambiente cálido y amoroso para su familia. Su espÃritu cariñoso tocó la vida de sus hijos y nietos.
Inés tenÃa ganas de vivir y disfrutaba de sus momentos de ocio. Le encantaba ir al casino y viajar, aprovechando cada oportunidad de aventura.

Inés fue precedida en la muerte por su amado esposo, Odilón Contreras, sus padres, Patricio MartÃnez y Juana MartÃnez, su hermana Irma MartÃnez y su hija Silvia Cervantes.
