I am writing to express how sorry I am for your loss. I will miss Mr. Richard so much.
Throughout the last 20 years, I had the chance to get to know Mr. Richard like a father, and I have come to value his words of wisdom, his never ending friendship, his kindness and thoughtfulness. Mr. Richard has always treated me like a son. I will miss his laugh and the good times we shared. Mr. Richard's memory is held deep within my heart. He would want us to remember how happy he was and how fun he was to be around. What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.
