Herlinda is survived by her daughters, Alma Foye and husband Jim Foye of Austin, TX, Sandra Martinez and husband Daniel Martinez of Houston, TX, and Maribel Castillo and husband Cedric Andrews of Houston, TX; sisters, Hermelinda Bueno, Juanita Garza, and Rosalinda Vargas; brothers, Erasmo and Rosy Salinas, Jose and Olga Salinas, Arnulfo Salinas, Armando and Rosy Salinas, Jaime and Sara Salinas, Jorge and Nancy Salinas; grandchildren, Cathy Foye, Andrew Foye, Susan Foye, Lizzie Foye, Alex Foye, Isaiah Martinez, and John Castillo.
Herlinda is preceded in death by her spouse, Luis DelToro; parents, Julian and Beatriz Salinas; son, Miguel DelToro; brothers Noe Salinas and Arnoldo Salinas.
