Ms. Heather Lynn Moore Ward's Obituary
Heather Lynn Moore Ward, age 38, lost her battle with cancer on December 2, 2016 at 1:02 A.M. at Harbor Hospice, in Houston, Texas with her father Robert Moore at her side.
Heather Lynn was born feet first, October 6, 1978, and was a free spirit, with a big heart and cared deeply for those around her. In her final days, her focus was not on her own uphill battle, but on those she would leave behind. Worrying about all the little things that one worries about in day to day life, tying up loose ends, and speaking words of encouragement to family and friends, while trying to minimize the impact on those she leaves behind.

Father Robert L Moore, and wife Tracy L Moore of Bryan Tx.
Mother Tina Duncan and husband Richard Duncan of Houston Tx
Sister Christy R. Jones and Husband Chuck L. Jones of Houston Tx
Fiancée Bradley W. Holst, his daughter Heaven and son Caleb of La Porte Tx.
Brothers Clayton R. Moore, and Joshua L Moore
Daughters Mayla N. Moore, Hailey V. Moore, Gracie R. Moore, and Sally L. Moore
Granddaughter Aylana N Herndon.
