Guadalupe married Emelia Oyervides on January 4, 1958 in Mexico. He enjoyed bending rebar, gardening, and playing with his grandchildren.
Guadalupe is survived by his loving wife, Emelia Oyervides of Houston, TX; son, Jose Oyervidez and Rachel Silva of Houston, TX; sisters, Hidalia Oyervidez of Dallas, TX, and Marciana Oyervidez of Monterrey Nuevo Leon; brothers, Refugio Oyervidez of Houston, TX, Vicente Oyervidez of Cadereyta Nuevo Leon and Beto Oyervidez of Cadereyta Nuevo Leon; grandchildren, Adrian Oyervidez, Darrian Oyervidez, Dorrian Oyervidez, and Madelyn Oyervidez.
