Gilbert Solis, aged 56, of Houston, Texas, passed away surrounded by his loving family on April 27, 2024, in Pearland, Texas.
Born on October 23, 1967, to Juanita Garcia in Washington, Missouri, Gilbert was a devoted sports enthusiast. His favorite sports were football and baseball, and he passionately supported the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Astros. Beyond sports, Gilbert had a flair for cooking and hosting cookouts. He loved dancing, cherished moments spent listening to music, and treasured quality time with his family. Fishing was another pastime that brought him joy.
Gilbert is survived by his children: Gilbert Solis Jr., Roberto Garcia, Jennifer Gonzalez, Gilbert Solis Jr., and Michael Solis. His siblings, Efrain Escobedo, and Jaime Solis, also mourn his passing. Additionally, he leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Gabriel Gonzalez, and Elisa Gonzalez.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Garcia, and his granddaughter, Aleyna Gonzalez.
