George Clabourn Younger, 72, of Houston, passed away on August 16, 2024. George was born to Annie and Robert Younger on September 8, 1951, in Snyder, Texas.
George enjoyed a life filled with simple pleasures. He loved fishing, watching football, going out to eat, visiting family, and attending family events. His warm presence and love for his family will be deeply missed.
George is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Annie Younger, and his siblings: James Halbert, Catherine Dockery, Pete Younger, Edwin Younger, RJ Younger, Catherine Seiley, and Betty Thomas.
He is survived by his brother, Frank Younger, and his sister, JoAnn Wiese. George is also survived by his nephews: Frank Preston Younger, Clinton Warren Younger, Robert Younger, and his niece, Dorinda Lynn Younger.
George’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He will be remembered for his kindness, his love for family, and the joy he brought to those around him.
