Geneva Nell Turner, 95, of Channelview, Texas passed away on February 19, 2022, in Channelview, Texas. She was born on October 19, 1926, to John and Annie Murray in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She married Buel Turner August of 1945 in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
Geneva was an artist and enjoyed painting with her art club. She also enjoyed bowling, gardening, quilting, and sewing in her free time.
She is preceded in death by her husband Buel Turner; parents John and Annie Murray; daughter Donna Latour; sisters Ruth, Dorothy, Shirley, Gladene and Ima; brothers Wilford, Jennie, Pete, O.C., Aubry, James Junior, and Don; son-in-law Richard Evans
Geneva is survived by her daughter Kay Evans ; sons Jerry Turner and wife Millie and Dale Turner and wife Nancy; son-in-law Charles Latour; nine grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren and 5 great great-granchildren.
