Mrs. Geneva Ann Tillis Ramsey's Obituary
Geneva Ann Tillis Ramsey, 88, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012 in Humble. Mrs. Ramsey was born on July 8, 1924 in Early, TX to William Lawrence and Della Ann Farrow Dikes. Aside from her parents, Mrs. Ramsey was preceded in death by her husband John Tillis and her husband George Ramsey; her sisters Dorothy Moore, and Oleta Muir; and her grandson Joseph Bass. She is survived by her children Brenda Bass and husband Merle, Deborah Chapman, Michael Tillis, and Larry Don Tillis; grandchildren Angela Bass, Bebecca Mojica, Diandra Self, Ryan Chapman, Nicholas Agudelo, and Sean Tillis; great-grandchildren Hayli Self, Zachary Self, Sadie Glayzer, Alex Glayzer, Hayley Glayzer, Mia Agudelo, and Julian Agudelo. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, October 7, 2012 from 2:00 until 5:00 P.M. at San Jacinto Funeral Home. A Celebration of Mrs. Ramsey's life will be held on Monday, October 8, 2012 in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Bill Cole officiating. Interment will follow in San Jacinto Memorial Park. For those desiring, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the charity of the givers choice.
