Frederic D. Hoffman, 70, passed away November 21, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents Fred and Rubye Hoffman. He is survived by his loving wife Patricia Hoffman, children: Sheri Hayman and husband Hill, and Ken Hoffman and wife Trisha. Also survived by grandchildren: Peyton Hayman and Chase Hayman, brother Gerald Hoffman and wife Michelle, with multiple nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Family would like to thank Dr. Gerald Hoffman, Kenneth Underwood, Patrick Poeling, Trey Wagers, Dean Britt, and Dalton Underwood for serving as pallbearers.
