Frank Swanks, 75, was born to the union of George Swanks and Victoria Jones of Van Vleck, TX on October 5, 1945.
As a young man he then married Evelyn Mosley. To this union three boys were born. Tony Swanks, Ronald Swanks and Michael Swanks.
He later went on to marry Janice White on March 27,1975. To this union two girls were born. Dwauna Swanks and Brittney Swanks.
Frank made his living as a Laborer Driver for Port Terminal Railroad Association for 21 years. He retired in 1996.
Frank was truly blessed. He was born October 5, 1945 and he departed this life on July 21, 2021. He fought a good fight as he overcame many illnesses. He was preceded in death by his wife Janice Swanks, his mother Victoria, father George, three brothers; George Swanks of Washington DC, Tom Swanks of Van Vleck and Otis Swanks of Rosharon, two sisters; Veola Swanks of Van Vleck and Edna Mae Clay of Bay City and one son, Reginald Jackson of Houston.
Frank is survived by three daughters, Dwauna Swanks of Houston, Brittney Swanks of Houston, Vickie Gill of Rosharon (Desmond); three sons, Tony Swanks of Dallas, Ronald Swanks and Michael Swanks of Rowlett TX; (17) grandchildren; (18) great grandchildren; one aunt, Dorthy Petty, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
