Words cannot express my sympathy of the loss of Frank. He will be deeply missed by the Garcia famiy, the other families on Gainesville Street, and the neighborhood. He was a kind and friendly soul who made friends easily. I will always remember him walking to the store to buy his lotto tickets or walking Star around the nearby park. My dad used to visit Frank until he developed alzheimers. There was one time my dad had wandered off and we couldn't find him. We called the police and they had located him-sitting with Frank, on his porch. My dad had remembered where Frank lived. Little did our family know that would be the last time my dad would visit with Frank. My dad passed away this past May. I hope that Frank and my dad will see each other, free of sickness and pain. I will always remember Frank and his mischevious smile, walking with his Star and him sitting on his porch, waving as I walk by to the park. It's going to be hard to walk by your home knowing you're not there anymore. As I'm walking around the park, I hope he's looking down, smiling that smile that only Frank can do.
God bless and Rest in peace, Frank. You'll be missed.
