Frank has been a neighbor for many years was very sadden to hear of his passing.My children and his grew up together on chadwick st where we still live .He will be missed as a person and a friend. Sorry to learn of Mr. De Los Santos' passing. He & Mrs. De Los Santos treated us as family when we lived two houses down from them back in the 1970-80's. Keeping y'all in my thoughts & prayers.
