Frances L. Hardman's Obituary
Frances Seay Hardman, 94, passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her savior on Saturday, May 11, 2024. Frances resided in Woodforest and was a charter member of Uvalde Baptist Church. For many years, she volunteered as a Sunday School Teacher and worked on the distribution of the weekly newsletter.
Upon entering Heaven's gates, she was reunited with her loving, devoted husband of 67 years, James W. Hardman, parents, Pearl and Van Buren Seay, son, Michael Hardman, brother, JW Seay, and sister, Loly Carter.
Frances is survived by her children Brenda Gore and David Hardman of Houston. Affectionately known as "Nanny", she will be greatly missed by all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchild: Brian and Kelly Gore and their children, Cody and Hannah Gore and baby Charlie and Lauren Gore, Courtney and Eric Nichols and their children Kennedy and Ethan, Katie Hardman, and son Kannon Hardman. Gary and Christina Hudson and their children Gary and Olivia, Maggie and Lee Donovan and their daughter Delaney, and Clinton and Ryan Cottom. Many cherished memories are also shared by her sister-in-law Pat. Frances is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
Frances lived her life by demonstrating her strong Christian values and loved her family and friends with all her heart. Our family will never forget her kindness and nurturing care that she offered to all. Frances always made time for everyone and provided support and love for her family.
