Eva Owens' Obituary
Eva Owens, a beloved resident of Houston, Texas, passed away on March 29, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was 93 years old.
Born on July 11, 1930, in Scott, Louisiana, Eva was the daughter of Maurice and Pamela Domingue. She married Norris Owens on November 3, 1946. Eva cherished her family and found joy in cooking, spending time together at family gatherings, and occasional trips to the casino.
Eva is survived by her devoted children: Lillian Parker (Linzay Rodgers) of Houston, Texas, Brenda Franks (Mark Franks) of Houston, Texas, Vickie Blackmon (widow) of New Caney, Texas, Lynette Owens (Debra Gregory) of New Caney, Texas, Darrell Owens (Tina Owens) of Houston, Texas. Her legacy extends to 15 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Eva was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Norris Owens, as well as her parents, Maurice and Pamela Domingue, and her siblings: Lillian Domingue, Alvena Gary, Jessie Domingue, James Domingue, and Charles Domingue.
She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Eva’s memory will forever live on in their hearts. May she rest in peace.
