Elizabeth Lurene Smith, 39, passed away on July 5th, 2024 in Houston, Texas. She was born June 23rd, 1985, in Houston, Texas to Glen Smith and Mona Elizabeth Nash. A helpful spirit, she held a career as a postal worker where she could be seen bringing joy and gracious smiles to all who met her. In her free time, she was known to participate in a variety of activities such as swimming, exercising, spending time with her dogs Gitcho and Jada, creating crafts such as T-shirts, cups, and candles, and going where her adventurous soul took her. She is remembered fondly by her lifetime friend, companion, and partner Danacius Boddie and her daughter Destiny Smith. She is survived by her siblings Samantha Smith, Larry Smith, as well as her host of loving nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
