Edwin Theron Mosley's Obituary
Edwin Theron Mosley, 85, of Channelview, Texas, passed away on March 23, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 27, 1938, in Edinburg, Mississippi, Edwin was the beloved child of George Mosley and Nona Breland.
In 1960, Edwin married the love of his life, Betty Lou Grumbles, in Odessa, Texas. Their union was filled with love, laughter, and shared adventures.
Edwin had a zest for life and a passion for the outdoors. He found joy in hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. His karaoke performances and dance moves were legendary, lighting up many gatherings.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Edwin is survived by his son, Tracy Mosley, and wife, Anne Lee Mosley; daughter, Pamela Mosley Straight, and husband, Norman Straight; and grandson, Brandon Travis Kidd, and wife, Cassandra Yoshi Kidd.
He is reunited in eternity with his loving wife, Betty Grumbles Mosley, and his parents, George Mosley and Nona Breland Mosley, brothers, Thelbert Mosley, Theo Mosley, and Wayne Mosley; sisters, Merle Henry, Juanita Norton, Bobby Ferguson, Grace Richey, Dorothy Jordon, and Ester Jordan.
Edwin’s warm smile, infectious laughter, and love for life will forever remain in our hearts. May he rest in peace.
