Edmund John Wrobleske's Obituary
Edmund John Wrobleske, 90, of Jacinto City, TX passed away July 15, 2021 in Tomball, Texas. He was born December 2, 1930 to Alec and Mary Wrobleske in Chappel Hill, Texas.
He married Martha Wrobleske on September 10, 1955 in Galena Park, TX.
Edmund worked for Armco Steel (AK Steel) in the combination mill. He retired after 29 years. He was a faithful church worker and attended mass daily. He worked at the church for a while at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Galena Park, TX.
Edmund loved animals, raised parakeets and cockatiels and was known as the "Bird Man of Jacinto City". He would say his rosary every day and was devoted to Blessed Mother Mary. He was the life of a party and loved to make people laugh.
Edmund served in the U.S. Navy from 1950-1954 as a Engine Man Third Class and received the Good Conduct Medal.
Edmund is survived by his loving wife, Martha Wrobleske; daughter, Lisa Wrobleske Lindemann, and husband Harold Lindemann of Fredericksburg, TX; sons, Ryan Wrobleske and wife Kathleen of Hockley, TX; Greg Wrobleske and wife Sandra of Magnolia, TX; sister, Clara Wrobleske Farrington and husband Jim Farrington of Houston, TX; brother, Alex Wrobleske and deceased wife Maxine of Galena Park, TX; grandchildren: Zach(Elizabeth) Lindemann, Katie(Daniel) Lindemann Cabe, Rachel(Grant) Wrobleske Hall, Blaze(Eryn) Wrobleske, Rebekah Wrobleske, Jordan Wrobleske, and Hunter Wrobleske; great-grandchildren: Zoey Lindemann, Eleanor Lindemann, Ivan Cabe, Alex Cabe, and Beckett Wrobleske.
Edmund was preceded in death by his parents, Alec and Mary Wrobleske.
