Edith Vallie Bass' Obituary
Edith Vallie (Warden) Bass, 94, born November 8, 1917 in Deridder, Louisiana, passed away Monday, May 7, 2012 in Houston, Texas. In March 31, 1937 Edith married the man of her life James C. Bass whom passed in February 21, 1992. She is also preceded in death by four sisters Marie, Orea, Edna, and Mary Ellen and brothers Jack and Bill. Survived by her son James D. Bass and wife Bettie, daughter Judith A. Crawford, four grandchildren and number of great grandchildren.
Edith had a passion in life were the outdoors activities and taking care of stray pets not her's.
