Earl Leon Blackburn, 75, was a long-time resident of Cloverleaf before retiring to Onalaska - he passed away in Baytown Texas. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of over fifty years, Lilllian L. Blackburn in 2006, and his mother, Beatrice Blackburn in January, 2009. Survivors include daughters, Carrie McCaffrey and her husband, Joseph, Roberta Niehart and her husband, Buzz and Loretta B. Rouse and Buford Winn; sons, Earl L. Blackburn, Jr. and his wife, Suzanne and Ronnie D. Blackburn and his wife, Becky. Earl also leaves to cherish his memory thirteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Private Family Arrangements.
