Mom, I don’t know how I am going to lay you to rest today. This does not even seem real. I miss you so much I can’t even think straight sometimes. You would be so proud of your grandkids, they are holding up so much better than I am. I keep replaying my life and all the memories we shared. I don’t know how I am going to get used to living without you mom. I know you raised me to be a strong man, but even strong people breakdown. I am going to go spend sometime with my dad this weekend in hopes he will help me cope with losing you as it is just more than I can bear. It was truly an honor taking care of you in your final days and in a small way being there for you as you were for me. I love you so much mom. I will see you again. Your loving son Kent
