Desiderio A. Badillo's Obituary
Desiderio Anacleto Badillo “Desi” age 71, was born on October 5, 1950 in Hildago County, Texas. He passed away on August 30, 2022 in Houston, Texas.
Desi was a loving husband and father of five girls and one boy. He loved his family more than anything on this earth. He would always tell his daughters that “family is all you have sometimes”, he wanted to make sure that he passed down the strong family bond that he had with his parents. Desi worked at Gowan Inc. for over 30 years, where he started as an Apprentice and then became the Foreman. While at Gowen Inc. he literally put his blood, sweat, and love into buildings all over Houston and surrounding areas. He would often tell his family get in the car we are going to take a cruise, and before we knew it, we were driving around Houston as he pointed up to every skyscraper that he had worked on. When he finally retired, he took up more of his favorite hobbies, fishing, and enjoying his family as much as he could.
