He is survived by mother Marie Smith, Sister, Debra Lajune Dinsmore, Daughter, Amanda Kay Kreger and son-in-law, Dale Kreger, sons, David Wayne White, Jr. and Cody Wayne White, along with granddaughter, Karly Jane White, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members and friends. He is preceded in death by wife, Sharon Lynn White, father, Oren Henry White, brother Gordon Russell "Rusty" White and stepfather Earl C. Smith.
