David is survived by his parents: Armando Cruz and Ana Cruz Ramos, his brother: Moses Perez and his sister: Rubidia Ramos. He is also survived by his grandfather: Luis Majin Ramos, and his nieces and nephews: Johnny Hernandez, Evelyn Diaz, Fernando Ramos, Jordan Isiah Perez, & Noah Isaac Perez.
David is preceded in death by his grandmother: Geronima Pereira, and his uncle: Daniel Ramos Pereira.
