David Allen Hardman, 65, passed away on May 27, 2026. A devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, David will be remembered for his strength, kindness, unwavering work ethic, and deep love for his family.
Born on September 29, 1960, to James and Frances Hardman, David lived a life marked by perseverance, loyalty, and dedication to those he cared about most. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Mike Hardman.
David is survived by his daughter, Katherine Hardman, and grandson, Kannon Hardman; his son, Gary Hudson; Gary's wife, Christina Hudson; and their children, Gary Hudson and Olivia Hudson. He is also survived by his sister, Brenda Gore; his nephew, Brian Gore; his niece, Courtney Nichols; their families; and many other relatives and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Those who knew David knew him as a hardworking man who never hesitated to lend a helping hand. He took great pride in his family and found joy in their accomplishments and happiness. His quiet strength, generous spirit, and steadfast support were gifts to everyone fortunate enough to know him.
David will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered. His legacy of resilience, love, and devotion to family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
A memorial service celebrating David's life will be held at the Uvalde Baptist Church Gymnasium, located at 901 Uvalde Road, Houston, Texas 77015, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor his memory, share stories, and celebrate the life of a man who touched so many through his kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.
