El Sr. Benitez fue precedido en muerte por sus padres; Aurelio Benitez y Rosa Navarro; su hermano Salomon Benitez y hermanas Nohemi Monreal y Maria Lerma.
Su familia tiene muchos bonitos recuerdos de el. Se echará de menos su talento musical y su alegre presencia. Le sobreviven su esposa, Graciela Benitez, hijas; Dayra Madrid , Deisy Benitez yRosa Isela Benitez,hijo; Juan Rodriguez , nieta Adelyn Rose Madrid, nieto Matthew Isaiah Rodriguez, hermanas; Elizabeth Infante, Raquel Ruiz y Eunice Tolentino, hermano; Juan Benitez; yerno JR Madrid y nuera Ruby Rodriguez y numerosas sobrinas y sobrinos.
Velorio Domingo 17 de noviembre de 2019 a las 5pm – 8pm. Servicios funebre el lunes 18 de noviembre de 2019 a las 10 de la manana. Sepelio en San Jacinto Memoria Park
