Daniel "Mache" Resendez Charles' Obituary
It is with a heavy heart, the family of Daniel “ Mache ” Resendez Charles, 88 years old, of Bay City, Texas, announces the passing of their beloved patriarch on August 10, 2022 at his home in Jacinto City, Texas.
Daniel was preceded in death by his wife Antonia Charles and their daughter Nora (Norita), his parents
Louis & Concepcion Charles.
Sisters; Angelita Charles Valdez(John), Rosita Charles, Caterina Charles Ramirez Robles, Herminia Charles Silvas (Selso). Brothers; Jesus Charles, George Juan Charles(Maria), Natividad Charles, Louis Richard Charles, Jr. (Enedina)
He is survived by his brother Henry Charles ( Katy) of Bay City, Texas. Daniel is survived by his three children. Son; John Charles and wife Michelle Charles of Channelview, Texas. Son; Daniel Charles Jr. and wife Gloria Charles of Friendswood, Texas.
Daughter; Apolonia Charles Freeman of Channelview, Texas.
Daniel is also survived by four grandchildren and four of his great grandchildren he raised along side his wife ;Antonia Charles. Granddaughter; Mary Freeman Schatte of Channelview, Texas. Grandson; Frank Andrew Freeman of Houston, Texas. Granddaughter;
Brandy Freeman and husband Allan Luedtke of Grandview, Texas. Grandduaghter; Jenny Freeman White and husband Jarrod White of Spring, Texas. Great grandson; Seth Freeman, (Great granddaughter) Briana Schatte, (Great granddaughter) Haley Schatte, (Great grandson) Nathaniel Schatte all of Jacinto City, Texas.
Daniel leaves behind a total of 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren that he loved very much.
Daniel had many achievements and he never stopped striving to be the best he could be. His family was his greatest accomplishment, if you asked him. He stopped at nothing to provide for his family monetarily and was protective of those he loved. He loved baiting a line and casting it out. He was an avid gardener. He grew many of the tress that are standing on his property. Daniel will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
