It was a joy and a pleasure to work with CynthIa Golden on her goals and they are getting rid of the Hoyer Lift, being able to transfer by herself without a caregiver, and continuing to live a healthy fit lifestyle!
We made the workouts fun and interesting during the middle of her journey with Normal To Be Fit she went down one whole clothes size! We were all so proud of how much we've accomplished and gained in her journey!
