Cheryl Kay Chapman of Humble, Texas passed away August 21, 2023, at the age of 59 in Kingwood, Texas. She was born on April 10, 1964, to Anna Marie Bourlon and Joseph Marsales Kirk in Crane, Texas.
Cheryl married Bruce Leon Chapman on May 6, 1996, in Houston, Texas. She worked for several years at Houston Metro as an administrative assistant.
She enjoyed singing, fishing, graphic design, arts and crafts, hunting, and spending time with the family.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband Bruce Leon Chapman of Humble, Texas; her daughter, Karen Marie Chapman, and her mother, Anna Marie Kirk, of Channelview, Texas; her stepson, Christopher Wayne Chapman of Holland, Michigan; her brother, Joseph Marsales Kirk Jr. of Gatesville, Texas; and her granddaughter, Kaylee Marie Chapman.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Marsales Kirk Sr., and her brother, Scott Bourlon Kirk.
