Carolyn is preceded in death by her father, James Harold Summers Sr. and her brother, James Harold Summers Jr. She is survived by her husband, Perry Clark; mother, Melba Burr; step-father, Wayne Burr; mother-in-law, Peggy Clark; children, Shana Hawkins, Samantha Clark, and Perry Clark II. She is also survived by her siblings, Barbara Raska, Michael Burr, Wayne Burr Jr., Linda Holmes, Lisa Dickson, and Lynn Paris; along with her grandchildren, Sierra Burr, Kevin Burr, Cody Burr, Hunter Burr, and Dalton Frisbie.
