Carol Dean Nugent's Obituary
Carol Dean Nugent, age 65, of Daisetta, Texas, went to be with her Heavenly Father away September 20,
2023, in Kingwood, Texas.
She was born September 16, 1958, to her loving parents Monroe Roberts Sr and Lottie Robertson in
Baytown, Texas. Carol married the love of her life Randol Don Nugent on October 11, 1987.
Carol had a natural smile that lit up every room she stepped into. She was a lover of Jesus Christ and
prayer/praising/worshiping the Lord. She was a beautiful soul who deeply enjoyed assisting anyone and
everyone who called upon her. Her greatest joy came from spending quality time with her precious
family, as she loved being a mother and grandmother! One of her favorite things to do was open the
windows in her home so the fresh air could filter through the house while she cooking for those she
loved, danced, and cleaned around the house. She also enjoyed spending time at the beach and having
her sons and grandchildren search for sea shells to bring home.
Carol is survived by her loving sons; Matthew Nugent and wife Samantha, Randal Heath Nugent, sister
friend Joel Johnson, brother Monroe Roberts the III, 5 grandchildren; Rayne Nugent, Stormi Nugent,
Addison Nugent, Aubrey Nugent, and Skylar Nugent. She was preceded in death by her husband Randal
“Randy” Nugent, brothers Roy “Tony” Roberts, James “Jimbo” Roberts, Robert “Bob” Roberts, and
Monroe Roberts Jr.
Honoring the family by serving as pallbearers will be Uriah Escamilla, Brian Sweeten, Derek Roberts, Kyle Roberts, Monroe Roberts IIII, and Justin Daniels.
Carol will be dearly missed by her loving family, friends, and all who knew her.
