Mr. Carlos O. Flores' Obituary
Carlos O. Flores, 83, was born on September 3, 1934 to the late Octaviano and Catalina Flores in Mexico and passed away on March 3, 2018 in Houston, Texas.
Carlos married the love of his life, Ms. Bertha Tristan on September 29, 1962 and they shared 55 years of marriage bliss. He was a member and attended St. Philip of Jesus Catholic Church. Carlos loved spending time with his sons and grandchildren.
Carlos is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Bertha Flores; sons: Carlos Flores (Jeri Flores), Federico Flores (Nora Flores) and Jesus Flores (Elizabeth Flores); grandchildren: Christopher Flores (Chelsea), Rebecca Flores, Carlos Flores (Evelyn), Brandon Flores and Jacqueline Flores; great-grandchildren: Kaelynn, Kai, Kaileigh and Elijah; as well as a host of family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm in the Chapel at San Jacinto Memorial Park & Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 10:00 am at St. Philip of Jesus Catholic Church, 9700 Villita Street, Houston, Texas 77013.
