Mrs. Bobbie N. Horne's Obituary
Bobbie N Horne passed away on February 15, 2015 surrounded by loved ones.
She was born in Biloxi, MS on September 12, 1952 and spent much of her childhood traveling the world with her military family. After marrying the love of her life, she settled down to raise two daughters and build a loving home. She was active in her community and loved to help those in need.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Willie (Pete) N and Bobby R Atkins; and her sister Susan J Green. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Earnest (Buddy) Horne, her daughters: Libra Mattern and husband Darryl, and Carla Abbott and husband Thomas; three grandchildren: Tyler Mattern, Morgan Mattern, and Kendall Abbott; one sister: Julia Butler and one brother: Michael Atkins; and too many friends and other relatives to list.
A celebration of her life will be held on February 20, 2015 at 11:00am at San Jacinto Memorial Park.
