Many thanks to Harbor Hospice staff, Dr John Redmond and her caregivers, Tracie Duhon and Evelyn Wynne and her beloved Helen and neighbor, Jenny Broussard. Thanks to her most loved ever Pastor, Sean Buser. Each of you played a tremendous role in the joy of her life.
Bobbie was a professional artist- her paintings hang in several countries and various professional offices around Houston, in addition to most of her family members walls. She enjoyed designing and sewing hand made quilts, unique and complex cloth dolls. She was so proud to illustrate characters for her daughters' children’s books.
Her creative mind was never at rest. When she lost her sight from macular degeneration she continued to create and imagine designs. She would entertain you if you were lucky enough to drive her to an eye appointment by describing the shapes of clouds in the sky and after her appointment, on the way home, the colors of the bubbles the injections created in her eyes. She always saw things in a different light.
