Billie Joyce Anders Baker, 87, of Baytown, Texas passed away September 10, 2022, in Baytown, Texas. She was born July 20, 1935, to Palmer and Mary Anders in Houston, Texas. She enjoyed shopping, casino’s, cooking, spending time with family and grandkids, country music, feeding and watching the birds and squirrels, a garage sale would stop her in her tracks
She is preceded in death by her parents Palmer and Mary Anders; grandparents Walter Clark, Mary Eugena, Walter Lue Anders, and Annie Eleanor; Willie Shannon Baker, Mr. Bill Tollefson, John Palmer, Walter Laverne, Marvin Eugene, Donnel Ray, Charlie James, William Harold, and Chad Wayne Gilliland
