Mrs. Barbara Julia Smith Burns' Obituary
Barbara Julia Smith Burns answered the call of her Master and entered her final rest on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. Born November 22, 1933 to Frank and Inez Smith in Shivers, Mississippi. Preceded in death by her daughter Eva Gay Williams, grandson Eric Williams, parents, brother Gordon Smith, brother Francis Smith, sister Audrey Johnson, and sister Frieda Hanley. She is survived by daughters, Kay Turner (Jerry) and Theresa Williams, brother Kenneth Smith (Cleatus). She is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M.at San Jacinto Funeral Home where fuenral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in San Jacinto Memorial Park. For those desiring memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Compassus, 1100 Gulf Fwy. South, League City, TX 77573.
