Ms. Avis Darlene Kelley, 83, was born to the late Franklin and Jenny Corley on December 4, 1931 in Jena, Louisiana and passed away on July 18, 2015.
Ms. Avis leaves behind her children, grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 23, 2015, from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm, with the funeral service to be conducted at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of San Jacinto Funeral Home, 14659 East Freeway, Houston, Texas 77015.
Ms. Avis will be missed by all who knew her and will remain in our hearts forever.
