Andrew and I hired on at Rohm and Haas, Deer Park on the same day 6 Nov 1967. We never met there. We both went in the army, both of us were at Ft Sill, Oklahoma artillery school. Both of us were computer operators. Graduated high school in 1964. Both of us went to work at Singer-Link at Nasa 1973 different buildings. I finished on Nasa program and transferred to building five and the Space Shuttle team. I finally met Andrew in about 1974 or 1975. We were two hotshot computer operators. We became best buddies for the next 30 some years. I got married in 2008 and moved to Crosby. But we stayed in touch. I last talked to him in 2023. I went to the hospital in Sept 2023 for 96 days. I didn't hear of Andrews death til afterward. I am so sorry for your loss. Andrew and I went to lots of Oiler games and professional fights. Lots of great times with him and Jim Newgent (Pasadena). He lives close to you Frank. I will never forget Andrew. I will always call him "my friend- my buddy-my pal". I have a great picture of Andrew (with hair) smiling and laughing about 1976 or 77. I just made copies of picture for you Frank. Then I just looked up Andrews obituary today 16 feb 26. I will probably take picture to Jim Newgent home in Pasadena or I thought maybe leaving it on his grave for you. I still go to church in Channelview. Andrew and Jim both came to my wedding at ORT Methodist Church in Channelview just a quarter mile from his grave. Enough of my rambling. God bless you and your family. I feel like I know you all.
