The Lily & Rose Tribute Spray that was delivered was NOT as the picture had shown. There were less lilies. The lilies used had not opened at all. The symmetry of the spray was way off. The flowers shown at the base of the spray were less than shown and very sparce. I would give this spray a 1 out of a five. Presentation was not good at all. I was very disappointed and absolutely will not use this service again if at all possible.

As I'm living in Egypt and wanted to send flowers I tried FTD first of course. They claimed they were out of every choice I wanted. They had nothing appropriate. I found a more beautiful spray from this store and at a better price too! Quick and efficient! It was more beautiful in person than in the picture.

I was the first person at the wake for my 100 year old former client. When I arrived, the spray I ordered and paid for was not there. I have an email notification from you that the spray was to be delivered the day before the service (as the service was very short). Clearly, this email notification was incorrect. I was greeted by an email from you crediting me $10 off the purchase price. I would accept $100 off the price as the spray was not delivered on time. Please let me know if the $100 credit will be applied.

The flowers were nice. I wish there had been a way to designate on the order form that I wanted a specific color of custom ribbon. In this case, I had wanted a blue ribbon because my uncle was a veteran and the red and white flowers with the blue ribbon would have been nice. So, just a comment for future reference - is there a way that one could specify further instructions for the custom ribbon. Thanks.

I was told there woud The arrangement would be large 50" long and 30+ across. It was maybe30" long and 224 across!! I was so disappointed. I want a refund from this florist. This was a very important family member and to pay almost $250 was shocking!! I was afraid this might happen so I talked with the person I ordered from and she assured me it would be the size stated. To be frank it was a LIE!!! And you think you can aget away with this?? PLUS the roses were fully open! I used to own a flower shop and fresh roses are tight and beautiful. The florist used OLD roses!! I'm so very upset right now. This tribute spray was really well made we were so pleased with it, sometimes one gets flowers and they are a disappointment on the day but whoever made this display knows what they are doing and it looked exactly like the picture on your website. There was another spray the same but it wasn,t as nice as this one, I highly recommend this florist you used and would definitely use them again.
